- 50+Vitality is an ongoing exercise program starting September 7th aimed at participants of 50 years and older where as the Diaper Fit is a registered program aimed at mothers and their babies/toddlers that is registration driven. Although the Instructor does not need to be totally fluent in french some comprehension is needed as a large percentage of the clients are French.
