This is a high level of Volleyball and you must be extremely comfortable with the game rules and your ability to play must also suit the level of play as you may have to play on occasion. You must be able to assess the players abilities and manage the different personalities and organise teams such that the play is relatively equal and fun for both sides. You are also responsible for player safety and must interject when a player seems out of control or if the play is above the participants ability and may need advice regarding another more appropriate level of play. Lastly, you are also needed to provide first aid and complete the proper forms as required.
