- EDUCATION: Completion of Grade 12
EXPERIENCE: Minimum one year’s supervisory experience interacting with the public. Hospitality experience preferably in a theatre, entertainment venue or similar environment.
CERTIFICATE/LICENSE:
• Standard First Aid,
• CPR ‘C’
• AED
• Smart Serve certificate
KNOWLEDGE:
• City Of Ottawa Policies and Procedures.
• Demonstrated awareness of safety/security of public.
COMPETENCIES/ SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
• Candidates must be mature and possess excellent public relations, leadership, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a team setting or independently.
• Must have experience in training, supervision of staff and volunteers.
• Excellent written/ oral communication skills

CRIMINAL/POLICE RECORDS CHECK: Criminal Record Clearance is required.
