- Qualifications / Qualités requises
- Gain experience working with the RCFS Marketing & Communications Unit. The MCU is looking to train 2 to 3 part-time staff to perform merging updates web updates and to monitor and reply to residents on our social media pages.
This is an on-call position. The hours are not guaranteed. Please not the hours could become available on a last-minute basis.
Task: Monitor emails and if necessary perform emergency web updates to Ottawa.ca/recreation
Monitor social media pages and when necessary reply to residents
Track hours of work in a log sheet
Candidates must have :
Excellent writing skills
Awareness of RCFS programs
Ability to communicate program related information
Ability to respond to inquires via web or social media
Comfort working with various social media channels
