- Provide support to Program Coordinators by conducting routine site visits of outdoor rinks; reporting rink conditions and issues in a timely manner.
Note rink conditions and signs of rink use using template provided
Confirm ice conditions for I Love to Skate sites
Verify that trailers/fieldhouses are open during supervision hours
Pick up and drop off any paperwork or signage that rink operators request
Deliver equipment as needed
Check the cleanliness of washrooms
Occasional shoveling/clearing ice as required
Report issues requiring service requests to Front Desk
Submit paperwork and enter mileage on a weekly basis
Other duties as assigned
