- Basic qualifications as per Program Leader job description; plus:
- Minimum intermediate knowledge of Chess (with the ability to teach beginners)
- Ability to teach principles and basic strategies for opening, middle game, and end game
- Ability to facilitate online chess games with participants (for fun and practice)
