Qualifications / Qualités requises
1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent
2. Bilingualism preferred.
3. Current SFA/CPR C with AED skills;
4. Certified with CORE training, AODA, High Five (PHCD) preferred;
5. Experience leading and facilitating group activities to promote an active and fun learning environment conducive to Youth Future participants.
6. Provide overall safety and supervision for ALP program participants during the delivery;
7. Ensure key objectives for Youth Futures program delivery are achieved during the sessions. Communicates any issues or concerns to the ALP Training Coordinator to seek direction as needed.
8. Very Strong Organization, planning, and interpersonal communication skills are required for the candidate to be successful in this position.

Youth Futures ALP training team instructors deliver program content to YF participants as directed, and provides support to learners and feedback to ensure quality instruction and facilitation for the program occurs. The list of duties and tasks for this position are:
1. Youth Futures, ALP Training Team instructors will receive direction and support from the Youth Futures ALP Training Coordinator to implement the program delivery for the scheduled sessions.
2. Assists in the safe delivery of the ALP program topics and follows training plan as directed, Program Delivery may be done in virtual or in person classroom environment,
3. Communicates program information and changes to participants or staff where appropriate,
4. Assists in the supervision and development of participants as required.
5. Completes reports as required.
6. Ensures adherence to RCFS policies and procedures.
7. Responsible for safety and security of program participants and promotes a positive learning environment,
8. Ensures proper storage and availability of equipment and supplies used in the program.
9. Attends staff meetings as required.
