Must be available to work Saturdays, 8 to 3 pm, Feb 18 through to June 24, 2023.
Work hours = Saturday @ 7 hours + weekly ALP Team meeting @ 2 hours + 8 hours Admin =16 hours/week

- Qualifications / Qualités requises
- Qualifications we are seeking for the person in this position:
1. Education: Post secondary diploma or degree, (preferred)
2. ALP Trainer experience delivering program/activities for City programs or previous Youth programs. Candidates with comparable experience from other program areas will be considered. (For example Aquatics)
3. Current SFA/CPR C with AED skills;
4. Certified with CORE training, AODA, High Five (PHCD) preferred);
5. Experience leading and facilitating group activities to promote an active and fun learning environment conducive to Youth Future participants.
6. Provide overall supervision and direction for ALP program delivery for YF program.
7. Ensure key objectives for YF program delivery are achieved during the sessions and YF Mentors are prepared, motivated and engaged to deliver training components.
8. Very strong organization, planning, and communication skills are required for the candidate to be successful in this position

- Youth Futures, ALP Training Coordinator (1 position) oversees delivery of the ALP program and the Training team Instructors to provide them with support and/or feedback to ensure quality instruction is taking place and participant needs are being met.
