- We are currently hiring CSRs to support rental and program operations at the Jim Durrell Recreation Centre (1265 Walkley Road). This location has 2 ice pads plus meeting space. Duties will include (but are not limited to):
1. Opening and/or closing the customer service counter.
2. Performing financial transactions.
3. Maintaining a high standard of customer service to assist clients. This includes answering questions, performing program registrations, directing clients to various services, and troubleshooting problems.
4. Enforcing site rules.
5. Providing support to the Clerk or Program Coordinator when they are on site.
This is a part-time position with shifts available during the weekdays (evenings) and the weekends. Interested candidates should be comfortable working independently.
