- We are currently hiring CSRs to support our front desk operations at the Minto Recreation Complex - Barrhaven (3500 Cambrian Road). This location has a pool, cardio/weight room, gymnasium, 2 arenas, and several meeting/program rooms.
Duties will include
1. Opening and/or closing the customer service counter.
2. Performing financial transactions.
3. Maintaining a high standard of customer service to assist clients. This includes answering questions, performing program registrations, selling memberships, directing clients to various services, and troubleshooting problems.
4. Enforcing site rules.
5. Providing support to the Clerk or Program Coordinator when they are on site.
This is a part-time position with shifts available during the weekdays (evenings) and the weekends. Interested candidates should be comfortable working independently.
