- Looking for several motivated dance instructors to work in different facilities across the city for our Winter session (10-weeks, 1–2-hour classes on weekday evenings starting January 20 - April 7) with the possibility of March Break camps (2-hour half day camps on weekdays starting March 10 - March 14).
Instructors with backgrounds in hip-hop and breakdancing are preferred, but there are opportunities to explore many different styles through our camps.
Dancers will be teaching their original choreography to participants ranging from age 6 to 18 from various backgrounds with various skill levels. Supervision of the participants will be provided by an additional staff.
Additional responsibilities include attending instructor information sessions and training and, for the winter session, potentially assisting in the organization of a final wrap-up event (you will be compensated for your time).

- The I Love to Dance program is sponsored by the Canadian Tire Jumpstart Foundation and organized by the City of Ottawa. I Love to Dance offers free dance classes to children and youth who face financial, accessibility or logistical barriers to participating in recreational programming.
These classes are hosted in Recreation Centres, Community Health and Resource Centres, School Gyms, Community Housing, etc. – wherever there is a need!
