Position Title: Recreation Activities Coordinator
Pay Grade 3 ($17.57/hr 2024 payrate)

- Qualifications / Qualités requises
- Qualifications we are seeking for this position:
1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Bilingual -French & English languages (required).
3. Current SFA/CPR C with AED skills: documentation required.
4. Certified with RCFS CORE training & AODA.
5. Experience leading and facilitating group activities to promote an active and fun learning environment conducive to Youth Future participants.
6. Provide overall safety and supervision for ALP program participants during the delivery for YF program.
7. Ensure key objectives for YF program delivery are achieved during the sessions. Communicates any issues or concerns to the ALP Training Coordinator to seek direction as needed.
8. Very strong organization, planning, and interpersonal communication skills are required for the candidate to be successful in this position.
