- This is a mental Health project that includes various weekly activities such as: health related discussions, workshops, free snack and field trips. Possible trip locations could include: community centres, parks, pools, museums, special events and festivals and various organizations.
The workshops will address the project priorities which include mental health promotion, healthy eating, physical activities, safety, etc...
