- This is a mental Health project that includes various weekly activities such as: health related discussions, workshops, free snack and field trips. Possible trip locations could include: community centres, parks, pools, museums, special events and festivals and various organizations.
The workshops will address the project priorities which include mental health promotion, healthy eating, physical activities, safety, etc.

- Experience working with adults is required. This program is for a group of adults many of whom have social isolation situations and/or addictions and/or mental situations. Experience in coordinating recreational activities, especially trips, is an asset. Experience working with adults with psychological or physical challenges is an asset.
