- Overall Expectations:
To consistently arrive 5 – 10 minutes early to set up music, meet and greet the clients, take attendance
To provide a well-rounded, safe and motivating Zumba class, using verbal and non-verbal cueing
To have the knowledge base to educate the participants about the benefits of exercise and the various class types being offered
Willing to promote other fitness programs and services to participants
Willing to mentor and conduct peer assessments when required
Available for staff meetings and training sessions as deemed necessary by the Program Coordinator
Available for last minute replacements when required
