- Minimum 18 years of age. 500hrs of lifeguarding experience. 500hrs of instructional experience. Current NLS, Lifesaving Swim, Red Cross WSI, SFA + CPR C, AED, O2, Preferred Advanced Qualification (One of FA Instructor, Examiner Status, NLS Instructor), Aquatic Supervisor Training Preferred
