- Qualifications / Qualités requises
- Qualifications:
• Valid Standard First Aid/AED/CPR “C” Certification
• Valid Police Record Check
• All City of Ottawa required mandatory training (i.e. AODA, Core Training, High-5 etc…)
• Valid CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) training – day one ready
• Experience working within the Special Needs field, recreation or a similar program
Qualifications:
• Certificats valides de secourisme général/défibrillation externe automatisée/RCR de niveau C
• Vérification du dossier de police valide
• Totalité de la formation exigée par la Ville d’Ottawa (c.-à-d. norme pour les services à la clientèle de la Loi de 2005 sur l'accessibilité pour les personnes handicapées de l'Ontario (LAPHO), formation de base, formation " HIGH FIVE ", etc.)
• Formation valide en intervention en prévention de crise (IPC) – dès l’embauche
• Expérience de travail dans le domaine des besoins spéciaux, les loisirs ou un programme similaire
