- Under the direction of the Facility Manager, the Recreation Program Leader:
- Assists with the planning, equipment set-up, execution and clean up of programs.
- Monitors attendance, supervises activities, and provides feedback to participants.
- Ensures that participant safety is a focus and follows emergency procedures in the event of an incident.
- Completes records and reports as required.
- Attends meetings and training sessions.
- Works in accordance with applicable health and safety legislatio
