- Qualifications / Qualités requises
- We run an indoor soccer and an indoor basketball program in a smaller gymnasium, at a basic/entry level (learn skills, have fun, simple drills, fun scrimmages).
The lead soccer instructor should have a good grasp on putting together a lesson plan with a progression for a 12 week session of 1 hour each week for each age group (3-4 years, 5-7 years, 8-10 years) that includes a warm-up, fun drills, games, and soccer skills.
The lead basketball instructor should have a similar skillset, and will be putting together a lesson plan for a mixed age group (6-12) for a 10 week session, that includes a warm-up, fun drills, games, and basketball skills.
An assistant instructor ideally has some experience with sports but mainly should like working with kids, be open to learning, and ready to assist wherever needed.
