- Various hours throughout the week and weekend. FDRC is open throughout the week from 7 am to 9:30 pm and on weekends from 8 am to 6 pm.

- - Accredited group fitness certificates (aerobics, aquafitness, yoga, pilates, zumba, etc);
- Current standard first aid, CPR-C and AED;
